For many print products, we use high-quality papers from IGEPA, including Profisilk, Profimatt and Magno Silk. Depending on the selected paper grade, grammage and availability, PEFC® or FSC® certified options may be available. In the US, paper thickness is often given in points (pt) rather than grams per square meter (gsm). Here’s a quick reference for the weights we commonly use:

What paper is used for the 4-page folded flyer?
Folded flyer printing uses 150 gsm up to 300 gsm artpaper, fully coated and sourced from certified, sustainably managed forests.
What is the minimum order quantity?

What Are the Artwork Requirements for A4 Flyers (2-page and 4-page)?
Sending your print file is simple. Just email us your design with the following specifications:
- Format: PDF, Color Mode: Ideally CMYK
- Size: A4 (21 x 29.7 cm), per page
- Pages: 2-page flyer or 4-page brochure, all pages in one single PDF, in the correct reading order
- Bleed: 3 mm on all sides is required for print
If your file doesn’t include bleed, we can add it for you with a small graphic touch-up fee.

How do you ensure on-time delivery to my hotel or event?
Timing depends on UPS transit time, which depends on complete delivery details. For fast, reliable delivery, we need: hotel name, city, street and postal code, contact person (guest or banquet manager), phone number, and your event name and date. With complete information, we recommend delivery one day before your event — you pick it up at reception, ready right when the event starts.
