Artwork requirements for flyer, leaflet & brochure printing?
Sending your print file is simple. Just email us your design with the following specifications:
- Format: PDF, Color Mode: CMYK
- Resolution: 300 dpi
- Size: Your final trim size (e.g. A4, A5, A6)
- Bleed: Ideally 3 mm on all side
Simply email your PDF or a download link directly to our team. We will handle the rest!
How much bleed do you need for multi-page brochures?
For folded flyers and multi-page brochures, we recommend 3 mm bleed all around on every page.
What paper types and weights are available?
We print on premium artpaper stocks starting at 115 gsm, most commonly 135 gsm, 150 gsm, 170 gsm, 200 gsm, 250 gsm or 300 gsm for a solid, high-quality feel. Matte and gloss finishes are both available — just let us know your preference when you send your files.
In the US, paper thickness is commonly measured in points (pt) rather than grams per square meter (gsm). Here is a quick reference for the stocks we commonly supply:
115 gsm ≈ 4 pt
135 gsm ≈ 5 pt
150 gsm ≈ 6 pt
170 gsm ≈ 7 pt
200 gsm ≈ 8 pt

Production speed depends on your request. Fast quote approvals and clear print files guarantee immediate production. Submit your complete files by midnight (CET) for our Overnight service — some products can even be printed and dispatched via express shipping on the very same day.
